Mary Ellen Collins, 71, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021, at NHC Health Care in Cookeville, Tennessee.

She was the daughter of James and Minnie Malone Collins.

She was the mother of George Hall of Texas and Missy Turpin of Elliott County, Kentucky, and the sister of Carl Ed Collins, Debie Collins, Annie Collins, Thelma Byrd, the late Charles Collins, the late J.C. Collins, the late Exie Rayburn, the late Brenda Collins and the late Shirley Ferguson.

She is also survived by six grandchildren

Graveside services were held Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at the Thurman Cemetery with David McCarty officiating.

Burial was in the Thurman Cemetery.

Arrangements were by the Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky.
