The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we all go through our day to day chores and tasks, including how we pay bills. The way businesses and outlets have continued to offer their services to the public is also a constantly changing lineup. One of those changes was completed this week at Albany City Hall, with the completion of the new “walk up” payment window that allows water customers to make a payment in person, but without the need to enter the Albany Water Department lobby. The new walk-up bill payment window is located on the south side of Albany City Hall and is protected by a new blue awning that was completed this week, seen in the above photo.
