Carly Paige Upchurch won the Festival State in the 12-year old division recently in Lexington, Kentucky. She is the daughter of Adam and Pattie Upchurch and the granddaughter of Gayle and Hazel Upchurch and Bimbo and Carolyn Claborn, all of Albany.
