, 42, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at The Medical Center-Albany.

She is survived by her father, Calvin Dale Coffey; her mother, Nancy Jo Coffey; her daughter, Gabrielle Longwell; three sons: Zachary Longwell, Rayleigh Longwell, and Lucas Longwell, all of Albany; one brother, Christopher Coffey, of Albany. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley officiating.

Talbott Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky, was in charge of arrangments.
