Several people enjoyed some exercise Monday during the Wellness Center’s new water aerobics class taught by Nancy Mims. The Wellness Center offers the classes four days a week including Mondays from 8:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., and Thursday, December 8 and December 22 from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
