David (Jake) Boils, a 2021 member of the Clinton County High School graduating class, has also graduated from the Gatton Academy of Western Kentucky University at the end of this spring semester.
Boils, who is the son of David and Vicky Boils, of Albany, was one of 78 students graduating from the Gatton Academy in this 2021 class.
Established in 2007, The Gatton Academy is Kentucky’s first two-year residential STEM program for gifted and talented high juniors and seniors.
The Gatton Academy’s students enroll as juniors and are full-time WKU students while pursuing their interests in advanced science, technology, engineering, and mathematical careers.
