, 69, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021, at her residence.

She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky, the daughter of Whitt and Neva Perkins Dean. She was of the Baptist faith, and a member of Faith United Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Morgan.

She is survived by her children, Angela Carrender and Shawn Parmley, and a grandchild, Savannah Stephenson, all of Monticello, Kentucky.

The funeral service was conducted Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral Home with Bro. Seth Denney officiating.

Burial was in the Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky.

New’s Monticello Funeral Home of Monticello, Kentucky, was in charge of arrangements.
