The Clinton County Extension Office is geared up to once again host the Longest Day of Play for all Clinton County children of any age.

This third annual event will be held Monday, June 21, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Clinton County Extension Office Campus north of Albany on U.S. 127 (across from Hunter’s BBQ)

The event is free for all Clinton County children of all ages and will feature an obstacle course, inflatable games, physical activities, face painting, sidewalk art, dancing, vendors, sun safety crafts and a host of other activities.

Adult supervision is required for all children attending the Longest Day of Play, and organizers suggest that adults bring blankets and chairs to sit on while your children are enjoying the event.

The Longest Day of Play is a celebration of the longest day of the year and the beginning of summer, with this community event that promotes play, physical activity and family fellowship.

A registration table will be on-site and wristbands will be distributed at that location.
