School out for one week due to COVID

What is normally a full parking lot at 7:45 a.m. Monday morning, with faculty, staff and student vehicles parked all around the Clinton County High School facility, was just a few staff vehicles Monday morning.  A spike in COVID-19 cases that continued to rise throughout last week forced school officials to send students and faculty home for Non Traditional Instruction (NTI) days until Tuesday, September 7.
