Local artist and author Alison Mason, right, signs a copy of her newly published children’s book, Rudy’s Pet Dinosaur, for Wanda Mullins last Tuesday at the Clinton County Public Library. Mason spent the afternoon at the book signing event signing the publication as well as reading the work for the public. Rudy’s Pet Dinosaur is Mason’s first published book and the work is centered around a couple of cartoon characters, Rudy and Trevor, who have also been featured in a cartoon published for the past year in the Clinton County News.
