Law enforcement officers from the area continue to battle the local war on drugs, which resulted in the following arrests last week.
Clinton County Sheriff Jeff Vincent arrested Randall L. Dicken, 55, of Albany, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Dicken was arrested on a probation violation warrant from Clinton Circuit Court for the charges of possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
Dicken was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
Albany Assistant Police Chief Wayne Glover arrested Angela Crabtree Covey, 31, of Albany, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Covey was arrested on an indictment warrant from Cumberland County for the charges of possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
Covey was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
Albany Assistant Police Chief Wayne Glover arrested Cody H. Owens, 34, of Albany, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Owens was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of a prescribed controlled substance not in a container.
Owens was also served with a warrant for: burglary 2nd degree, criminal mischief 3rd degree, theft under $1,000, criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
Owens was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
Clinton County Sheriff Jeff Vincent arrested Ricky D. Jones, 40, of Albany, on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Jones was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree (drug unspecified).
Jones was also arrested on a warrant from Clinton County Circuit Court for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jones was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
