Allison Latham, eighth grade student at Clinton County Middle School and daughter of Lou and Wendy Latham, won the 4-H regional speech competition and advanced to the state level.

She received a blue ribbon at the state level. Latham’s speech was about kindness. She loves her family very much and her favorite subject in school is math. Junior Cecil and Linda Bell are very proud of her and all of our students that take the time and put in the effort to do a speech each year.
