, 83, passed away Saturday September 25, 2021.

She was the daughter of Floyd and Avo Conaster, born in Little Crab, Tennessee. and later moved to Albany Kentucky.

She was a loving wife, mother grandmother, great- grandmother, a devout Christian, and a member of Albany First Methodist Church. She worked as an instructional aide at Albany Elementary and then at Dale Hollow Lake State Park until she retired.

She is survived by her husband, Donald L Cummings, Elizabethtown, Ky.; children, Richard (Sharon) Sloan, Leitchfield, Ky., Ronald (Peggy) Sloan, Silver Lake, Ohio, Donna (Ray) Hood, Elizabethtown, Ky., Tim (Irina) Sloan, Elizabethtown, Ky.; step-children, Shirley Sloan, Jamestown, Ky.; John Cummings, Holly Ridge, North Carolina, Mike (Terri) Cummings, Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Donna (Bud) Rivenbark, Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Carolyn Cummings, Goldsboro, North Carolina, Cathy Cummings, Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; a sister, Jean (Richard) Mathews, Byrdstown, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 14 step-grandchildren, 21 step great grandchildren and five God children, many adored and loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Avo Peavyhouse Conatser; siblings, Ruth Daffron Sloan, Janice Ann Sheehan, Floyd Dallas Conatser, Donald C. Conatser, Jason Clyde “J.C.” Conatser and Johnny K Conatser.

The funeral service was conducted on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Albany First United Methodist Church in Albany, with Bro. Shane Smith officiating.

Burial followed in the Albany Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky.

Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany was in charge of arrangements.
