Rex E. Madison, 62, New Castle, Indiana, passed away Friday, December 9, 2011 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the son of the late Charles E. and Betty (Lee) Madison and a member of First Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife, Claudia Madison, New Castle, IN; two sons, Brian (Vicki) Madison, New Castle, IN; Ben (Stephanie) Madison, Knightstown, IN; two daughters, Melissa (Mark) Zander, Fishers, IN; Shelly (Gary) Coffman, New Castle, IN; three brothers, Terry (Linda) Madison, Mooreland, IN; Glenn (Cindy) Madison, Acworth, GA; Jeff (Esther) Madison, Indianapolis, IN; also 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. at First Church of the Nazarene in New Castle with final resting place in South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn Addition. Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service of New Castle, Indiana was in charge of arrangements.
