, 86, of New Castle, Indiana, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at her home.

She was born and raised in Albany, Kentucky, to the late James Roscoe and Fratie Ellen Cowan Sloan.

She is survived by her children, Rick Hill, of New Castle, Jeff (Judy) Hill, of Killen, Alabama, Tim Hill, of New Castle, Kathy (Barry) Dorn of Sanford, Florida; sister, Martha of Milton; along with grandchildren, Kyle, Leigh, Jennifer, Allison, Sarah, Tim; 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward N. Hill; daughter, Judy Ellen Hill; brothers, George W. Sloan and James Lee Sloan; sisters, Marjorie Imagene Sloan, Sue Shelton and Eula Wallen.

Services were at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.

Burial was Monday, November 1, 2021 at South Mound Cemetery in New Castle. Memorial contributions may be given to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 13770 Noel Road, Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380.
