Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of November, 2011.

During the month, 31 citations were issued involving 20 violations.

Citations issued for the month are as follows: No operator’s license, four; disorderly conduct, assault-fourth degree and resisting arrest, three each; no insurance and alcohol intoxication, two each.

There was one citation each for the following: Criminal mischief; criminal possession of a forged instrument-second degree; criminal trespass; terroristic threatening; fleeing police in a motor vehicle; fleeing police on foot; wanton endangerment; driving on a suspended operator’s license; theft by unlawful taking (motor vehicle); reckless driving; DUI; no registration plates; failure to register or transfer motor vehicle; and speeding.

The APD also served five warrants in November.
