Wilma Perkins Neal Johnson, 90, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, formerly of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away January 5, 2022.

She was the daughter of John Neal and Pearl Perkins Neal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond Johnson; one son, Kenneth Carter; one grandson, Jeff Carter.

She was also preceded in death by seven of her siblings: James Neal, Campbell Neal, Mary Ollie Driver, Maggie Pickerell, Beulah Still, Dovie Wells and Maude Neal.

She is survived by one son, Jack Carter, of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three grandsons, Austin Carter, John Carter and Brandon Carter, and eight great- grandchildren; one brother, Clint Neal of Indianapolis; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Fort Smith National Cemetery.
