Virginia Nell (Conner) Copeland, 78, Sylacauga, Alabama, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Everett and Stella Conner and was also preceded in death by two sisters, Ida Workman and Mildred Groce and two brothers, Herbert Davis and Jimmy Conner.

She is survived by her husband, Alton Ottis Copeland, Sylacauga, AL; two daughters, Beverly Price, Hamilton, OH; Kathy Cox, Middleton, OH; a son, Christopher Copeland, Portland, OR; three sisters, Vida (Davis) Harris and Janice Kemp, both of Hamilton, OH; Bonnie Wilson, Somerset, KY; two brothers, Gene Conner, Russell Springs, KY; Douglas Conner, Hamilton, OH; also four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Brown Funeral Chapel in Byrdstown, Tennessee with Bro. Alton Copeland officiating. Final resting place in Tidrow Cemetery. Arrangements made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
