Law enforcement officers from the area continue to battle the local war on drugs, and criminal activity in general, which resulted in the following arrests last week:

Robert W. Harris, 54,.of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested on a Clinton County Grand Jury indictment warrant by Albany Police Officer Brad Cross on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
Harris was charged with strangulation 1st degree and assault 4th Degree- two counts.
Harris was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.

Kelvin J. Rodriguez-Rivera,  33, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested by Albany Police Officer Thomas Pendergrass with assistance from Officer Brad Cross on Sunday, June 25, 2023.
Rodriguez-Rivera was charged with fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (motor vehicle). wanton endangerment 1st degree, resisting arrest, and no operators license.
Rodriguez-Rivera was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
