The Clinton County Public Library held its last Summer Reading session for 2023 last Wednesday afternoon, and to celebrate the success of this year’s program, the end of the last session included a bubble machine in the front lawn of the facility.
Youth Summer Reading program participants, and many of the adults on hand, enjoyed the sudsy break.
