Law enforcement officers from the area continue to battle the local war on drugs, and criminal activity in general, which resulted in the following arrests last week:
Nagel G. Norris, 38, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested Friday, August 11, 2023, by Albany Assistant Police Chief Wayne Glover.
Norris was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (hydrocodone).
Norris was also arrested on a warrant from Taylor County for wanton endangerment, 1st degree.
Norris was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
Felicia Daley, 27, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested Saturday, August 12, 2023, by Albany Police Officer Rick Stearns.
Daley was charged with theft by unlawful taking of a firearm.
Daley was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
Jeremy M. Bermel, 28, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested Saturday, August 12, 2023, by Albany Police Officer Rick Stearns.
Bermel was charged with wanton endangerment 1st degree- 2 counts; reckless driving; failure to maintain insurance; expired registration plates.
Bermel was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
