Emma Florene Jones, 87, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the Medical Center of Albany.
She was the daughter of the late Hobson and Ruby Gibbons Brown.
She was the wife of the late Raymond Gene Jones, and was also preceded in death by one son, Larry Jones; seven brothers, Neat Brown, Arthur Brown, Carl Brown, George Brown, Roy Brown, Jimmy Lee Jones and David Brown
She is survived by a daughter,  Emma (Wayne) Guffey; a son,  Raymond Lee (Elaine) Jones; three sisters,  Rachel Johnson of Paris, Tennessee, Irene Buster of Anderson, Indiana; Joyce Anderson of Monticello, Kentucky; one  brother,  William Brown of Albany, Kentucky; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Services were held Saturday, August 12, 2023, at at Talbott Funeral Home with Debbie Dishman officiating.  Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery.
