Big Labor Day crowds reported
on Dale Hollow, Lake Cumberland

The 2023 tourism season came to unofficial end last weekend with the Labor Day holiday that saw huge crowds on both Lake Cumberland and Dale Hollow Lake.
In this series of photos made Saturday on Dale Hollow, it was wall to wall boats and people at the popular gathering spot known as “The Cliffs” just east of Wolf River Marina.  At left, a packed parking lot at Wolf River and bottom left, likewise at Wisdom Dock. Below, this family was enjoying some wakeboat surfing just south of Wisdom Dock.
