Billy Kay Norris, 79, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away October 7, 2023 at his residence.
He was the son of the late Earl and Lorene Sloan Norris, and was also precdeded in death by a son, Jeff Norris.
He is survived by one son,  Greg Norris; one sister,  Gloria Jean Ferguson of Albany, Kentucky; two brothers,  Archie (Marsha) Norris of Cookeville, Tennessee and Johnny Earl (Ruby) Norris of Albany.
He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew.
Graveside services and burial were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Peolia Cemetery.
