Public Auction at Mr. Storage Kentucky, fka Shaton’s Storage, 306 Allen Street, Albany, KY 42602 and Hwy 127, Albany, KY 42602.  Property will be sold to satisfy the Owner’s lien for rent under the Kentucky Self Storage Facility Act.  The following self-storage units will be sold at auction to enforce Mr. Storage Kentucky’s lien:

306 Allen St:
1)    Unit 17: Evelyn Stonecypher; 1688 South 127 Rd, Albany, KY 42602
2)    Unit 66: Brenda Smith; 103 Level One Road, Albany, KY 42602
3)    Unit 77: Anita Brooks; 8849 East Hwy 92, Monticello, KY 42633

Hwy 127:
1)    Unit 10: Allan Sparks; 1114 Hillcrest Annex, Apt 1114, Byrdstown, TN 38549

Property contained in the units will be sold to the highest bidder via an in-person auction conducted on December 2, 2023 at 10 a.m. central time at 306 Allen Street.
