Law enforcement officers from the area continue to battle the local war on drugs, and criminal activity in general, which resulted in the following arrests last week:
Patricia Shelton, 47, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested Wednesday, November 15, 2023, by Clinton County Sheriff Ricky Marcum.
Shelton was charged with strangulation, 1st degree; assault 4th degree.
Shelton was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.

Ashley McCusker, 36, of Albany, Kentucky, was arrested on Tuesday, November 14, 2023,  by Clinton County Sheriff Ricky Marcum.
McCusker was charged with assault, 4th degree; criminal abuse, 2nd degree.
McCusker was lodged in the Clinton County Jail
