Joyce M. Sells Bookout,  75, of Albany Kentucky, passed away, Thursday January 11, 2024, in Albany, Kentucky,
She was born in Albany, Kentucky, the daughter of James Robert and Gertie Lee Carr Sells. She was a member of Twin Lakes Grace Fellowship Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, James Lewis Bookout; siblings, Joe Sells, Robert Lee Sells, Freddie Sells, and Delane Taylor.
She is survived by her son, David Bookout of Byrdstown, Tennessee; a granddaughter, Whitney (Storm) Burchett of Albany, Kentucky; sisters, Virginia Groce of Albany, Kentucky, Phyllis Smith of Marion, Indiana; other relatives, and many friends.
The funeral service was conducted on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.(CST) in the chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley officiating. Burial followed in Peolia Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky.
