Lorene J. Malone Brown, 87, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late James “Jake” and Cora Malone, and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Ann Davis, and her siblings, Rosie Conner, Corene Burchett, Edith Griffin, James E. Malone, Floyd Malone, Ruby Malone, and Johnny Malone.
She is survived by one daughter:  Lisa (Tony) Harrod; two sons, Buddy (Diane) Brown; Danny E. Brown; nine grandchildren,  Jacob Harrod, Michael Harrod, Ella Harrod, Jason P. (Kim)  Brown, Crystal (Alex) Rochelle, Lori Ann (Eric) Branham; Thomas Wayne “Tee” (Nicole Cross) Davis, Jessica Brown, and Jared Brown; nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Brown and Mike Lawson officiating. Burial followed at Lands Chapel Cemetery.
