Velma Colleen Williams, 89, of Pall Mall, Tennessee, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Medical Center of Albany.
She was the daughter of the late Donald and Jewell Russell and was also preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Russell and Harold Russell.
She is survived by a daughter,  Judy (Dennis) Parrigin; three grandchildren,  Lee (Tammy) Parrigin, Matt (Courtney) Parrigin, and Renee (Steven) Gray; seven great-grandchildren, Haley Gibson, Aleigha Parrigin, Mackenzee Parrigin, Bailee Parrigin, Bentley Creekmore, William Gray, and AnnaGrace Gray.
Services were held Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 12:00 noon at Talbott Funeral Home, with Bro. David Stearns officiating.  Burial followed in Campbell Cemetery.
Talbott Funeral Home, of Albany, Kentucky, was in charge of arrangements.
