Lucille Bandy Bell, 90, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at The Heritage in Corbin, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rual Bell, and son, Steve Bell.
She is survived by two sons, Tim Bell and Mickey Bell; three grandsons,  Todd Bell, Cory (Carla) Bell, and Tanner Bell; two granddaughters,  Tori (Jason) Perkins and Taylor (Braxton) Dick; five great-grandchildren,  Clayton Bell, Caden Bell, Jett Perkins, Indy Perkins, and Briggs Dick.
Services were held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home.
Burial followed in Memorial Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Talbott Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky.
