House Republican Floor Leader Jeff Hoover, R-Jamestown (center) welcomed Clinton County Sheriff Ricky Riddle, Clinton County Magistrates Ricky Craig and Mickey Riddle, Clinton County Treasurer Dallas Sidwell, and Albany Mayor John “Nicky” Smith to Frankfort.
