Howard G. “John” Pennycuff, 72, New Castle, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012. He was the son of the late Alvis and Irene (Ferguson) Pennycuff, a U.S. Army veteran and was also preceded in death by a son, a sister and a grandson.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Pennycuff, New Castle, IN; three daughters, Kim (Dan) Morgeson, New Castle, IN; Monica Sullivan, Indianapolis, IN; Anita K. Pennycuff, Kokomo, IN; a son, Wayne Pennycuff, New Castle, IN; two sisters, Barbara Johnson, Anderson, IN; Carol Huddleston, Louisville, KY; a brother, Don Pennycuff, Albany; also eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service with final resting place in Green Hills Memory Gardens with military honors.
