Thomas Anthony Creek, 58, Charlie Tallent Rd., Albany, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011 at his residence. He was a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, son of the late Tommy Creek and a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.

He is survived by his mother, Marion Creek, Albany; a sister, Pamela R. Garner, Las Vegas, NV; two nephews, Shawn Wilson, Las Vegas, NV; Brandon Wilson, Los Angeles, CA; also several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Lands Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Tone and Rev. Dennis Parrigin officiating. Final resting place in Lands Chapel Cemetery with Military grave side services. Arrangements made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
