Rema Erenstine Burchett, 81, Albany, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Clinton County Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Carley and Maude Polston Hadley and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Lee.

She is survived by three sons, James Roger (Connie) Burchett, Jamestown, KY; Gary L. and Jessie Burchett, both of Albany; two brothers, J.T. (Lavonne) Hadley, Albany; Herman “Dickie” (Alva) Hadley, Jamestown, KY; special friend, Thelma Mercer; two nephews, Jimmy and Bryant Hadley; two grandchildren, Andrew and Angie and two great-grandchildren, Timmy and Sophia.

Graveside services were held Monday, April 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lands Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Michael Cooper officiating. Arrangements made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
