Deborah G. Rhodes, 55, Colonial Heights, Virginia and a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012. She was the daughter of the late retired Sergeant First Class Jimmie P. Guffey Sr. and Vetta Wallen Guffey.

She is survived by two sons, Christopher R. (Mara) Rhodes and Jonathan D. (fiancee Jennifer Anders), all of Colonial Heights, VA; three brothers, Retired Master Sergeant Larry Guffey, Major Jimmie P. Guffey Jr. and 1st Lieutenant Jason Guffey; and a sister, Alane Tucker.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. at E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory with final resting place in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Virginia. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
