Nancy L. (Nelson) Nasief, 63, Prospect, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Ora Mae and Wiley Nelson and was also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Nelson.

She is survived by her husband, Edmund G. Nasief, Jr.; a daughter, Kimberly (Scott) Westergren; two grandchildren, Sophia Rose and Grady Scott Westergren; also 13 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home in Louisville with final resting place in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville. Memorial contributions are suggested to Norton Cancer Institute Research Center or Hosparus of Louisville.
