After a routine probation search, deputies found a grow house at a Roughshod Hollow residence. According to the report, on April 26, Pickett County Deputies assisted Tennessee State Board of Parole Probation Officer Erin Bullard to conduct a probation search.
After receiving consent to search, a marijuana grow room was found in the basement.
Rick Kunkel, 50, is charged with Possession of Schedule VI (marijuana) with Intent to Manufacture and Resale.
Molly Plank, 36, of Byrdstown, was also charged with Possession of Schedule VI with Intent to Manufacture and Resale.
Pickett County deputies Malcolm Johnson, Jerry Grovernale, Chief Deputy Steve Wilbur and Sheriff Dana Dowdy investigated the incident.
