Both Mayor Nicky Smith and Judge/Executive Lyle Huff, along with Tuesday Davis, were on hand Thursday for the ribbon cutting ceremony at Bulldog Alley (formerly Crystal Bowl). The new business is owned by Barney and Mary Ann Burns.
