Albany Elementary School will be registering any new students who may have moved into the community on Thursday and Friday, June 7 and 8. If students attended AES or ECC this past school year, parents may complete the enrollment form during orientation night which will be held for all grades on July 26.

If parents would like to have some input in their child’s teacher for the next school year, they may stop by the school of June 7 or 8 from 6:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and complete an elimination form. Again this year, we will only guarantee a single elimination in the student placement process.

Since we rely heavily upon One Call Now as a form of communication between the school and parents, please make sure you notify the school when you have a change in phone numbers so that parents will be informed of all announcements.

The necessary documents for any incoming students are: copy of child’s original birth certificate; Kentucky Immunization Certificate; physical exam; TB skin test; eye exam; copy of Social Security; custodial papers, if applicable.
