Vinnie C. (Cross) Buchanan, 103, Anderson, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 at Monticello House in Anderson. She was the daughter of the late John and Hester (Smith) Cross and was also preceded in death by a son, Ralph Lawrence, a son-in-law, William Scott, a grandson, Barry Lawrence and 18 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a daughter, Betty Scott, Pendleton, IN; also six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren and is survived locally by several nieces and nephew.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home in Anderson with final resting place in Green Hills Memory Gardens in New Castle, Indiana. Online condolences may be made at www.LooseCares.com.
