Terry Dale Garrett, 32, Byrdstown, Tennessee and formerly of Albany, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012 while working in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Wayne Garrett.

He is survived by his mother, Betty (Pete) Appleby; his father, Keith (Deborah) Garrett; a daughter, Madison Dale Garrett; a brother, Brian Garrett; two sisters, Kimberly and Keisha Garrett, all of Albany; two nephews, Dustin and Brandon Garrett; a niece, Felica Worth, and best friend, Jackie Cross, Byrdstown, Tennessee.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. David Stearns, Bro. Melvin Daniel and Bro. Scott Hurst officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery.
