Stockton

Opal Jean Poor Stockton, 68, Jefferson St., Albany, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Clinton County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Wendell Dee Stockton.

She is survived by two daughters, Sondra Stockton, Somerset, KY; Wendy Marcum, Albany; a son, Dan Stockton, Oneida, KY; two sisters, Agnes Elliot, IL; Jewell Winningham, Muncie, IN; two brothers, Henry and Odus Poor, both of Byrdstown, TN; four grandchildren, Beth Cohen; Amber Rains, Adam Stockton and Allan Marcum; also three great-grandchildren, Austin, Abby and Breanna.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donald McGill officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
