Cecil Roy Asberry, 77, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Dillard Asberry and Hansom Asberry and a half-brother, Orbin Asberry.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria (Cain) Asberry, Byrdstown, TN; two sons, Cecil Roy (Darlene) Asberry Jr., Elizabethtown, KY; Don Ray (Sonya) Asberry, Mt. Washington, KY; a sister, Blanche Bilbrey, Byrdstown, TN; a brother, Clinton Zavakos, FL; two grandchildren, Derek Ray and Dalton Bradley Asberry; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery. Arrangements made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
