Sarah Piercey Hawley, 73, Detroit, Michigan and a native of Albany, passed away June 15, 2012 in Detroit. She was the daughter of the late Lee Earl and Birtie Piercey.

She is survived by Anna Jones, Albany; Virginia Smith, Jacksonville, FL; Art Piercey, Toledo, OH; Eddie Piercey, Cape Coral, FL; Mary Bevington, Marion, IN; three daughters; Dianne Witherspoon, Brenda Bastin and Deb Rocz of Detroit, MI; and son, Richard Willis of Sevierville, Tennessee.
