Clinton County Fiscal Court held a special call meeting Monday with all members present and two items of business on the agenda.

The court, on a motion by Magistrate Ricky Craig, first approved two fund transfers, from the road department to the general fund in the amount of $146,406.00 and $15,000 from the Occupational Tax Fund to the jail fund.

The court then entered another brief closed session on a motion by Magistrate Larry Hatfield, which lasted only about five minutes. No action was taken upon returning to open session.

The meeting was then adjourned on a motion by Magistrate Mickey Riddle with the next regular meeting of the court scheduled for next Thursday, July 19 at 5 p.m.
