Evie Cecil would like to announce the birth of her baby sister, Sophia Rebecca Cecil. Sophie was born May 16, 2012 at The Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East in Lexington, Kentucky. She weighed 7 pounds and was 20 1/4 inches long. Proud parents are Vernon and Crystal (Marcum) Cecil. Sophie is welcomed by her grandparents, Richard and Becky Marcum, Barbara Decker, and Austin and Sue Cecil, as well as her great-grandparents, Lorene Ayers and Vernon and Minnie Hull. Also celebrating her birth are her aunts and uncles, Justin and Beverly Strange, Junior and Amy Cecil, and Tony and LaTasia Cecil, as well as cousins Jacob and Lily Strange, James, Molly, Clay and Olivia Cecil.
