, 99, Columbus, Indiana and formerly of Albany, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 in Columbus. She was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church, and wife of the late Virgil Thrasher and was also preceded in death by a son, Bobby Dale Thrasher and a grandchild, Brian Groce.

She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Andrews and Linda Emily, both of Columbus, IN; a son, Curtis Thrasher, Albany; also five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Byrd and Rev. Robert Morris officiating. Final resting place in Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Lee’s Chapel Church building fund.
