Franklin Dee Myers, 72, Burkesville, Kentucky and formerly of Albany, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Cumberland County Hospital. He was the son of the late Charles Marion and Eura Brown Myers and was also preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Myers, two brothers, Burnal and Charlie Myers and a sister, Delaine Myers. He served 17 years as a Constable in Clinton County.

He is survived by a son, David Franklin (Brandi) Myers, Albany; two daughters, Stephania Ann Myers, Albany; Patricia Ann Myers, Burkesville, KY; three brothers, Roger Myers, Nashville, TN; William Myers, St. Petersburg, FL; Fentress Myers, Albany; a sister, Geneva Baker, Franklin, TN; two daughters-in-law, Ida and Jody Myers; also nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Constable James Adkins officiating. Final resting place in Myers Ridge Cemetery in Cumberland County.
