Alice Mae Melton, 95, Burkesville, Kentucky and formerly of Albany, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville. She was the wife of the late George Melton and a member of Clear Fork Baptist Church.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and special friends, Lisa Nation and Mary Harris.

Funeral services were held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley officiating. Final resting place in Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
