Troy Michael “Mike” Sells, 61, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Friday, August 3 at his residence. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and son of the late Joe and Alva Sells.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley May (Asberry) Sells; two daughters, Angie (Chad) Pickens and Cristy Beaty, all of Byrdstown, TN; two sisters-in-law, Sue Bertram, Albany; Phyllis Lee, Byrdstown, TN; three grandchildren, Hannah Nicole and Tyrus Joe Beaty and Jordan Allan Pickens; also several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Randy Penwell officiating. Final resting place in Lovelady-Sims Cemetery. Arrangements made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
